The location was fantastic and within an 8-10 min walk to the city center. We felt safe walking at night and parking was very convenient beneath the hotel that had an elevator directly to the lobby and rooms. To our pleasant surprise, the air conditioning actually worked which was a first for us in Europe. We were concerned the street we were on would be busy and loud but we were able to shut the window and turn on the air and we did not hear street noise at all. We booked this hotel at the last minute and got a great rate. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend.

Everything met our expectations. Our sincere thanks to the lovely receptionists (sorry, didn't get their names) - they asked housekeeping to clean our room early to enable us to check in early at 1pm (after 30 hours of travel). All of our interactions with staff were absolutely amazing - so friendly, helpful and courteous

The breakfast was delicious and the staff there were helpful and friendly. The location was good since our main goal was to be near the Marienplatz. Our twin room's size was good.

Multi-lingual staff, very friendly and attentive. Great location close to the Hauptbahnohof station and only 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. Excellent room, perfectly clean and very quiet. Faultless for its sound insulation. Nice breakfast with a great choice and superb food quality. In particular, the kitchen staff agreed to stay on after closing time to supply two excellent quality pizzas to two travellers who had arrived late on Sunday night. Excellent customer service shown. A sweet little gift was left in our room when it was realised that it was my birthday too. We did not tell them but they worked it out somehow. Very grateful.

The best thing about this hotel for me (and the reason I booked it) was the fabulous gym in the basement. It did not disappoint! 2 great treadmills, plenty of space to work out with the good selection of weights, other cardio equipment, yoga mats - and most days I had the place to myself! So definitely worth booking if you are also looking for a hotel with a good gym. The hotel is perfectly fine in other ways too, so I'm happy I booked it.

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, especially the young gentleman who was in charge of the hotel bar (unfortunately didn't get his name). We arrived late into the evening and despite being close to closing up he plesantly provided us with drinks to relax after our journey and helped with some mobile phone issues my wife and her sister had. The gentleman on reception after the bar closed was very helpful in explaining how to obtain snacks and drinks after the bar had closed. This is a very good facility to have available especially for anyone arriving late at night like we did. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and we appreciated the bottles of water provided each day. Location was good and easy to find. Hotel also provided two linked rooms for our family which my wife had asked for after the booking had been made, so all in all excellent service.

The breakfast is incredible, with my favorite weiß wurst (white sausage) and fresh fruit juices and smoothies! And the staff at the front desk, the dining room, bar, and maids are just incredibly nice and helpful! The hotel is centrally located next to the main train station and public transportation hub, and the old town is just a 10 minute walk! Because of our first experience in this specific hotel, this is now our ‘go-to’ hotel brand throughout the world!

Location was close to the Central Station. Only around 8 mins walk. It maybe a bit of an issue if you are carrying some luggage and need to walk over the snow on the street. There are a some good restaurants within walking distance. It may take some train ride if you decide to go to the old town if you are not coming by car. The car park underground was in decent size if you are driving. Parking is not free but fee is reasonable. The room was normal with building view. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was enough. It met my expectation.
